Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about our store policy that may apply to you.
At New Godis Hair, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products. We believe we can work together with our clients to make every purchase a positive experience. Our hair is carefully hand inspected shampooed and conditioned before leaving our warehouse. Due to the nature of our product, and because each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture.
All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact you promptly after your order has been placed. This may delay the shipping of your order.

 

TEXTURE DISCLAIMER

Virgin human hair is distinct, and no two heads of hair are exactly alike. Our pictures are meant to give you a good idea of our textures. When you place an order with us you will notice that there will be some variation between our pictures and that of the hair you receive. This is not avoidable nor should it be. It is part of the fun of buying and wearing premium quality virgin hair. Our hair is beautiful and unique, just like you!

 

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Since we only supply unprocessed virgin hair it comes in natural shades of 1 (Black), 1B (Off Black), 2 (Dark Brown), and 2B (dark brown with natural highlights/undertones). If you choose to color the hair, it takes and holds permanent, semi-permanent, lifts, and cellophane beautifully! (Recommended to be done by a professional stylist).

PAYMENT TERMS

All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. ORDER PROCESSING

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm EST. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame of 3-5 business days.  Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail which is 2-3 business days. Order processing is 1-3 business days prior to shipping. Total turn around to receive your order is 5-7 business days. No orders will ship on Sundays. 

All shipped orders will be processed for shipping within 72 hours of payment; most orders ship within the same day or next business day. Same Day delivery orders are processed within 4-6 business hours of payment. Please include processing time when estimating the arrival of your order. All SAME DAY/NEXT DAY DELIVERY orders must select PayPal as your payment method upon checkout(no Paypal account required). 

PAYPAL CHECKOUT - Orders paid via PayPal at checkout are expedited for quicker processing time. If order is paid via PayPal prior to 4pm EST Monday- Friday the order will be prepared and shipped out the same day (Monday-Friday), orders after 4pm (Monday - Friday) will be mailed the following business day. Saturday orders must be paid by 11am EST to be shipped out the same day, orders after 11am EST will ship the next business day (Monday). It is typically immediate for Paypal processing to approve for orders to clear for shipping. In general 95% of Paypal orders have immediate clearance for orders to ship, which helps us to expedite the processing of your order. Once your order payment has cleared for shipment we then prepare your shipping label and send out your order, you will then receive a tracking number via email

NOTE: ALL NEXT DAY AND SAME DAY (LOCAL METRO ATL) DELIVERY must be paid via PayPal. Orders can not be delivered if payment has not been cleared via PayPal. If an order is selected for local delivery Same Day or Next Day and the standard credit card payment method was selected instead of PayPal the order will be held 1-3 days until payment is cleared for delivery.

CREDIT CARD(non- Paypal) CHECKOUT- All orders paid via standard credit card processing not done through Paypal will have standard processing time of 1-3 days (up to 72 hours). This is the timeframe that the credit card processing takes to approve for orders to clear for shipping. Once your order payment has cleared for shipment we then prepare your shipping label and send out your order.

​FRAUD ALERT -  Any orders that have a fraud alert will be held from processing and will not ship until a verification processed is completed with the credit card holder. If we are unable to verify identity with card holder, or if they do not approve the order it will be immediately cancelled and refunded back to the card holder if necessary.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as “sold out” and you will not be able to purchase that product. However you can send us an e-mail stating what item you want and your contact information. Once the product becomes available you will be sent a notification, we will not hold product for clients, the notification is a courtesy to let you know your product is back in stock.

RETURN POLICY

At New Godis Hair we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Every bundle of hair goes through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once items have been opened and/or used. *No Exceptions*

We do not offer refunds in the form of cash, credit or debit. All Returns and exchanges will be issued a gift card refund. *No Exceptions* 

  15- Day Return Guarantee  - Merchandise can be returned within 15 Days of Receipt of items, a return request must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. All items must be returned in new condition with all original packaging intact in resellable condition. Upon receipt of merchandise a gift card will be issued for the amount of the items minus shipping fees(if applicable).
 

REPLACEMENTS

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you! If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within (5) five calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue at once. A customer service Representative will provide the customer with mailing instructions for the return of ALL of the product in question. Customers will be responsible for paying costs associated with returning the item to the New Godis Hair Distribution Center. If New Godis Hair verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, New Godis Hair will then exchange or replace the item.

  15- Day Return Guarantee  - Merchandise can be returned within 15 Days of Receipt of items, a return request must be made within 5 days of receipt of the merchandise. All items must be returned in new condition with all original packaging intact in resellable condition. Upon receipt of merchandise a gift card will be issued for the amount of the items minus shipping fees(if applicable). Gift card can then be used to place a new order for new merchandise of your choice.
 

Lace Products can not be exchanged or seen as defective it the lace has been torn, cut or burned. Any damage to the lace due to misuse is not seen as a defect in the product workmanship. Lace products are delicate and require special care. Lace is not heat resistant and is to be treated like your skin where you do not want to apply heat styling tools too close or directly on the material.  No replacements can be provided for lace products unless the item is not as described or the hair has a quality issue.
If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. New Godis Hair will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer. If New Godis Hair does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense without an exchange of product. However we will not accept any product that has been altered in any way.

 

EXCHANGES

New Godis Hair, at its sole discretion, may exchange products under the following conditions:
Requests must be made within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). Any exchange request after 5 business days will not be honored.
We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed) in any way.  *No Exceptions*

NOTE In order to process an exchange or return of unwanted merchandise, it  would need to be sent back at the customer's expense. We suggest sending through a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the merchandise has NOT been returned unused, in its original condition we will NOT issue gift cards refund for the products.  *No Exceptions*

 

COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS

New Godis Hair offers many Sales and Promotions throughout the year to provide our customers with Exclusive Deals to save money on our Luxurious Hair. Some of these Sales and Promotions are marked down on our website, while other sales require a COUPON code to be entered to receive the discount offered. In an instance where a product or products is marked down for a Sale or Promotion this can not be combined with any coupon code. Coupon codes can not be used in conjunction with any Sale or Promotional offers. Coupons can be used ONLY for regularly priced or reduced priced ($5-10$ off) items. Any orders received with a coupon combined with a Sale or Promotional offer will be cancelled and refunded. Coupons can have expiration dates, and can be limited to specific items at our discretion.
